A Green Technology and the company start-up.

I have spent the past few years working to produce a viable energy system. The research has moved to beta testing and applying the results of years of testing. As I have spent untold funds on this project and knowing that I would need more funds that I could finance myself, I started the process of looking to outside investors. Here is a short story on finding the funds and the conclusion that I came up with.

If I take any type of Government Funding, then the rules that are set forth for receiving that funding give the Government the right to tell what I can do with my invention. I would have to disclose in detail how the invention works. Even though it is mine, they could take it from me because of the rules in place. Remember, I would have signed an agreement in taking the funding that they have the rights if they feels the rules allow them to do so.

I have gone through the Private Equity firms and they all see $$$ signs. THey want a HUGE Pertcentage of the project and no matter how many NDA's they sign, word gets out. In other words, as the project becomes commercially viable, they end-up making money not only on my project, but on all other companies that would be negatively affected.

So what do I do?

I keep a majority control of my company and give the rest away. I can do this as the current Laws are written in the US. I have created a website for Individuals to join me. At the same time, I have figure out how to abide by the Laws in the USA, and to bring in people that not only care about the enviroment, but want to be involved in the Solution to the Worlds Dependance on Fossil Fuels. Plus, The more people who get involved and know about MY system, it will make it harder for MY system to be taken out by the people and companies NEGATIVELY AFFECTED BY IT.

WHAT TECHNOLOGIES WILL BE SUCCESSFUL?

Anyone who is concerned about the Enviroment or is interested in the business of Energy are going to view (IMHO) the GREATEST revolutions of the world. The Global Economy is based on FOSSIL FUELS. Just imagine what would happen to the worlds Economy if a system became available that needed NO Fossil fuel to produce Energy. In addition, it was cheaper than ANY current Form of FOSSIL FUEL. All Countries whos Economies are based on OIL/Fossil Fuel would be DESTROYED.

So when we view all the different types of the NEW ENERGY SYSTEMS that are in development, its easy to understand that it is a extremely LARGE hurdle to overcome. So lets take a wide look at the different types of NEW ENERGY SYSTEMS in Development.

Solar/Wind

Positive- New more effecient system are being developed ever day.

Negative- NOT efficient enough to replace Fossil Fuel
Creates an Enviromental Problems were the Systems are built.
Electrical transmission systems need to be built
Return on investment is POOR.
Electricty is to expensive.

Natural Fuel/BioFuels-

Still to Costly
Years away to commercialization

The bottom line is that the System that will succeed needs to be small, effecient, and affordable.

I was with a friend the other night and I explain it to him with this example.

You have a car- And it takes any type of energy to make it run. You have the choice at the Fueling station of every Energy product produced by every type of SYSTEM. What ENERGY would you choose? Of Course, you would choose the least expensive. And that would be most people. If I were to guess the %, somewhere around 90%. That means 9 out of 10 consumers care more about price than the Enviroment. Sad but TRUE.

My opinion about SYSTEMS that have the Support of Government is that they will NOT Succeed. Reason, If you have such a GREAT system, Private Investors would be all over it because of the return on investment. Second, WHY in the world would you want the Government in Your Business. Government will screw up a free lunch.

My view on which technology will be successful. It will a System that will have the same development cycle as DOS is to computer operating systems. The system will start out as an ENERGY ENHANCEMENT SYSTEM to Compliment Current Energy Available and as the System goes through technology upgrades it will eventually become 100% self-sufficient. First as a system that is in Single Family Homes and in Cars. Then the system will make its way to the other energy user such as multi-family apartments, small businesses, buildings, and factories.

An last but not least, I believe that in the USA, they (Government, Energy Suppliers, and Equipment Suppliers to the Energy Industry) are wasting untold Billions of Dollars promoting
a plan that will be passed over to the point that the projects that they have in mind will NEVER produce one dime of POSITIVE PAYBACK. In other words, when these companies run out of Government Funding and/or other resources, the project will be GONE. Sad but TRUE, IMHO.

TRUE GREEN ENERGY IS HERE

I have always felt that if a product was not affordable, then people will not accept that product. Which brings me to the Worlds dependance on Fossil Fuels. A small percentage of the worlds population care about the enviroment. When it comes to the Worlds Energy supply, MOST people want cheap energy and they don't care about what it does to the enviroment. The US Governments Political leaders have been using the Enviromental issue as a talking point to get re-elected. When in reality most don't care about the enviroment. What they do care about is controlling the development of any NEW ENERGY that would have a ECONOMIC EFFECT on the USA. I believe that if the USA is to rid itself of the use of Fossil Fuels, that the Energy Consumers in the USA needs to take advantage of the current laws of TAX credit and Alternative Energy buy back programs to implement current and future Energy Technologies. Now this may come to you as a Surprise, but I do not consider myself an enviromentalist. I am a Capitalist, Inventor, and then someone who cares about his surroundings. As a Capitalist, I felt that if I could find/or INVENT a product that is Legal and Addictive, then I would have the ultimate situation in creating and having a business.

That Product that I just described is a NEW type of Energy Enhancement Technology System.
